Property information

Trnavska / Tiffany Residence is a residential building and it was handed over for its NEW OWNERS in the second half of 2021 . Our apartments are BRAND NEW. We are still furnishing a few of them , and one by one as we are ready we start to operate them . We have 42 SQM. 1 bedroom suites , and 60 SQM. 1 bedroom suites. Each Suite has a living room and a Bedroom and a Bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen . Also we are getting ready soon with two 75 square meter 2 Bedroom luxury suites with 55 inch OLED TV and super Fast Free INTERNET. AC is being installed to all units for the summer.

Neighbourhood information

City Center is 5 minute with a taxi and it is usually a 5 EUR ride. There is a Chinese restaurant with a buffet concept in the neighbor building called PEKING, and in front of the building there is an Italian Restaurant called PIZZA CIAO . Both of them have really good food and they are super cheap. Convenient store, Grocery store, Food and drink stores are plenty in the area easiest is in the other side of the building 30-40 meter is KAUFLAND. it is huge and has a very good selection for a great price.
