The living room features a large LED TV and an L-shaped double sofa. The bathroom includes a built-in extractor fan, LED-lit mirror, and an Italian glass shower. Very fast Wi-Fi. Parking is available in front of the building and in a private underground garage. The location is convenient, with a tram and bus stop at the end of the street, 500 meters away, and Tesco, Billa, and smaller grocery stores 400 meters away. Restaurants and cafes are just 200 meters away. The city center – Stare Mesto – is a 5-minute drive, UFO Restaurant and Aupark Mall are 5 minutes by car, Bratislava Castle is 6 minutes by car, and River Park is 5 minutes by car.
