Située à RUFISQUE ZAC MBAO à 30 mn en voiture de l’aéroport AIBD et en 30mn en voiture de DAKAR centre-ville. La villa BELLE MAISON CALME, propose un hébergement spacieux climatisé avec wifi gratuit, et télé écran plat, idéal pour accueillir une famille de 5 personnes. Cette villa dispose d’un grand séjour- salon, d’un espace de travail, de patios espaces de détente. La villa dispose de 2 chambres, 1 salon, un espace séjour -salon, 2 salles de bains, une cuisine , un espace à manger et bureau. Les fenêtres sont en PVC double vitrage qui permettent l’isolation des pièces. La villa est à proximité du grand magasin AUCHAN ZAC MBAO à 6mn à pied.
