Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom villa with direct access to the Nianing Beach. Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, and there's an additional half bath for added convenience. The villa boasts a modern kitchen and a spacious living/dining area, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Outside, you'll find a large swimming pool with an outdoor shower, as well as a sitting area, ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. A private door leads you directly to the beach.
