Located in Oyster Pond, Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo /Hotel is near the beach. Minutes away from from orient bay strip of restaurants on the French side and a quick drive to capital of the Dutch side Philipsburg .
The condo is nestled in the hills Dawn beach area with nearby hotels, spa, cafe and mini mart, however we suggest renting a vehicle as taxis in this area are hard to come by.
