Our 2 room one bed villa is right on Ao Yon beach. Many local regard Ao Yon the best beach in Phuket. All states of the tide it is sand all the way with no mud or coral. With seasonal winds from NE or SW the Ao Yon Bay is protected from the winds and waves of the monsoon seasons. The views of islands, headlands and boats coming and going gives this location a really local feel. It is this part of Phuket that is so special, ask any locals. The Villa is next to our main home with 4 ensuite bedrooms and is right on the beach - please see separate listing. Guests here may walk down the side of the lawn to the beach but not use the lawn or grounds of the villa. Within easy walking distance there are restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Long-tails and speed boats for day trips are on the beach. Historic Old Phuket town and the 2 major hospitals of Phuket are just 20 minutes away as is the renowned Central Mall.
Hopefully either myself or my partner Nee will be available to meet you on check in and tell you all about life in the area and Phuket generally. I have been in business in Thailand for 30 years and lived here for 20 years. Ao Yon Cape Panwa is the only place besides Phuket town where I feel at home. When listing on Booking I could find nowhere to explain that this is a one bedroom self catering villa. Their site is mainly aimed at hotels. So for clarity. We provide 2 sets of linen and towels. We charge for a one off cleaning service and electricity as sadly many guest leave the 2 AC units on 24 hours a day. WE do provide a laundry service based on 200 baht per day which allows for changing and washing laundry every 3/4 days, we also provide a 2 hour daily maid service for 250 per day payable on check in. The Villa will be made up for your arrival. Other than this it is self catering. If you require any extra services please email.
The villa is only 15 minutes to the heart of old Phuket town or the commercial shopping centres. This is a perfect place to board a boat and do day trips to the many islands including Phi Phi and Koh Racha. Please note cleaning fee is for setting up the villa and deep cleaning after your stay. At the top of our access road you will find a small shopping street around 150 meters of shops, restaurants, mini markets, fresh markets and much more. Taxis are easy to get as are mopeds and hire cars. The villa has plenty of space for parking.
