The villa is an 7-minute walk from the beautiful Kata Beach. It is the best place for surfing in Phuket. There are delicious restaurants, massage shops, and 7-11 convenience stores around the villa, making life very convenient. The villa has four ensuite rooms, respectively. There are two rooms on the second and third floors. Each room has an independent balcony and bathroom. It is equipped with a hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, TV, safe, wardrobe, office desk and chair, table lamp, towels, and toiletries. etc, each room has an independent small living room, which is very suitable for families and office workers to live for a long time. The first floor is a large living room, independent bathroom, independent swimming pool, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils for cooking.
