Rental rates include unlimited water usage & electric fair usage 100 units/day (Excess electricity charge 9 THB/unit), full-time on-site staff including maid service and a private chef, daily cleaning with bed linen changed twice a week and pool towels replaced as needed, complimentary continental breakfast, chef service for lunch with guests paying for ingredients plus a 20% service charge, welcome pack with owner’s recommendations, one complimentary round-trip airport transfer, baby cot and high chair available on request, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa, 24/7 security around the villa and a digital safe for your valuables. Rental rates exclude chef service for dinner at 1,000 THB per time with guests paying for ingredients plus a 20% service charge and extra person charge of 59 USD per bed per night available upon request
