The property is strictly non-smoking. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed in the property area.

For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times especially around the pool areas.

A first cleaning prior to arrival is included in the room rates. Any additional cleaning may be arranged upon request. Cleaning must be booked 48 hours in advanced.

PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw.

Water usage is included in the price.

Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800 baht per time and includes linen and towels change. Book 48hrs in advance by contacting the host.
