Rent a totally private house of 220 m2 with a beautiful garden with fresh air next to the sea. The booking is for the entire house. The rental start from 2 person up to 15. Pets are also allowed for 500 bath each per night. The price will depend on the number of guests, which will be verified during your stay. The house is recently renovated with new fans and new air-conditioning. It has a relaxing atmosphere just 100 meter away from the sea There are great restaurants around with super fresh seafood straight from the sea. Also many nice café’s in natural environment.
* It is hosted by Thai national, who has been studying and living abroad (Taiwan and Europe) for over 30 years. Therefore, languages spoken are fluent Thai, Mandarin, English and Dutch * Currently we are living in Bangkok with my family at Nichada Thani. Our daughter goes to ISB * My family has owned the house on the beach for a long time and we have very good memories of it. Therefore, we have decided to renovate it and open it up to other guests We love holiday makers our staff wants to make sure that our guests enjoy your visit
Baan Plumeria is 100 meter from the sea - it is the third house from the sea. The house used to have a private beach (Laem Luang Beach), but is still surrounded by unspoiled beaches. We highly recommend the beautiful Hat Sai Met Rak and Hat Chao Samran, Phetchaburi Province. It is an exceptional base for fresh, delicious and affordable seafood. The house is very near 2 fishing communities that both have their own fishing boats and its own restaurant (Oh Ho Poo Aroi at Laem Phak Bia). You can order fresh seafood to eat at home. For those who like seafood in Phetchaburi style, we recommend Krua Priyanon, delicious in Phetchaburi style near Hat Chao Samran. For those who like exceptional traditional Thai food, we recommend Pa Yan Restaurant. The place has not only fantastic food, but also unique design. For those who love coffee and delicious cakes made from coconut and delicious sugar from Phetchaburi in a natural atmosphere, we recommend 3 restaurants: Kluea Wan Cafe, Coco & Coffee and Chan Jao. Baan Plumeria can be arranged as a place for socializing, grilling parties - There are staff ready to facilitate organizing the event. Please inform in advance to prepare and there will be an additional charge. Good air - By the sea, you can get fresh sea breeze surrounded by green gardens. Suitable for relaxation. Waking up in the morning to the sound of birds all around. The morning air is very good.
