This is a large 120 sq. m 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment with pool view and big balcony. The property is located 5 minutes from beaches, restaurants, supermarket, 7 Eleven and scooter rentals. A perfect place for a family of four. Nearby Ao Yon beach is one of the most beautiful places in the south of Phuket island. There are lots of massage, taxi service and bars nearby. It is only a 15-minute drive away from Phuket Old Town, as well as Central Phuket and Floresta shopping malls.

Cape Panwa is a nice and quaint area of Phuket away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. If you're looking for a nice quiet and relaxing place to stay, you've come to the right place. It is also safe - there is a 24-hour security guard at the gate and CCTV in the public area of the estate.
