On top of a steep hill, these 2 brand-new villas of 130 sqm with terrace and pool, offer amazing sunset and sea views. These contemporary Thai style Villas overlooking the sea, surrounded by tropical gardens offer unique views over Angthong Marine Park. Ideally located the villas offer an access to the charming cove of Haad Tian. Enjoy the 8m infinity pool and the terrace providing amazing sea views and stunning sunsets. The villa is composed of 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet, a bright living area and a well equipped kitchen. The house has a personalized concierge service. Smoking is not allowed indoors but outdoors. Fireworks are prohibited at the property. For information, the island is growing, so there may be some daytime construction activity nearby. Please kindly note that the TENANT is responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the premises and maintenance in good condition of all equipment, furniture, appliances, as delivered by the OWNER at the beginning of the lease. Please note that an extra fee of 2,000 THB will be charged if the villa is not cleaned and tidy upon check-out.
The TENANT undertakes not to cause or allow anyone to make noise or activity in the villa that may disturb the tranquility of the premises or neighbors. No excessive noise after 10pm. The tenant undertakes to use the villa "in good household manner" and to respect the house staff. PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN: this noise and/or activity would constitute a violation of this contract and will result immediately of the end of this contract.
