Welcome, my name is Kiran Schmidt and Villa Rental is my passion - a way to get to know people from all around the world. I am an expert in complementary medicine and you can read about my life and work on google. I am German but have changed country over 200 times in my life - have lived 10 years in California, 5 years in India, 8 years in Brazil among others - but after all I feel Koh Samui the best place and have come here again and again since 37 years. Since 5 years I have settled on this beautiful island and built 2 villas according to my own plans, combing all what I have learned from living only in hotels for over 10 years - so I will be able to give you many good tips if you like. I love Scuba Diving around the island, good dining, music/dancing and for all three Koh Samui has so much to offer and i will be happy to give you all that I know. When I am not around I have an excellent Villa manager who is available to you and is equally experienced in all the things worth seeing and doing on Koh Samui
Enter SAMUI SUNSHINE OCEANVIEW or SKYPOOL or BEST WORLDVISION into google maps and you will see - the villas are most centrally located - within 10 minutes you are at one of 5 different beaches - the more crowded ones of Chaweng and Lamai or my secret favourites Coral Cove, Silver and Crystal Bay Beach. Lamai and Chaweng beach are good for water sports while the later three beaches are much more quiet and great for snorkelling with amazing corals and fish and usually have much less waves and are much better for kids. There are 5 of the bests restaurants only 5 minutes away Jungle club, Vana Belle, Dr Frogs, Vikasa and a great seafood place. Also you can use the BBQ on the roof or have food delivered to the villa from good restaurants for only a few dollars in delivery fee. Also in less than 10 minutes you are in the main beach roads of Lamai and Chaweng with its countless restaurants, massage places, bars and nightlife.
