Full size sliding windows, 30m2 terrace with panoramic view. 3 A/Cs, 4 ceiling fans, 3 media players, 3 large Smart TVs. Vast garden to walk with pram, 2 large swimming pools, 2 shallow nonslip children pools, sun beds, umbrellas, shadow gazeboes, 24h security, elevators, open bar for parties. The best location near Laguna hotels but more spacious and quiet apartments for less price. Free: electricity, water, unlimited bottled drinking water, toiletries, beach towels, twice per week cleaning/linen, high-speed fiber optic internet (LAN & WiFi), line telephone (free Thailand calls), internet, cable and satellite TV, parking, sauna, fitness center and even bikes!
