Note that booking will add "cleaning fee" 800 Thai Baht to the rental price. Look carefully at the total price you need to pay before you make a reservation. Studio apartment in Chaweng center, only 800m, 10 minutes walk to beach. Fast wifi fiber internet 500/500 mbit. Newly renovated in September 2017. Our room won't have any moldy smell. Room is 7x4m = 28 m2. Situated on 3rd floor, so you must climb up stairs. - 6 foot king size bed with very comfy Ikea pocket spring mattress. - Linen, blankets and towels will be provided. - inverter type air conditioner, very quiet, new - 49" LED smart TV 4K UHD with HDMI cable provided - clothes iron - hair dryer - safe to store valuables - electric floor fan Fully equipped kitchen - microwave oven - hot water kettle - blender - toaster - electric induction stove - ceramic frying pan - steel cooking pot - cutting board and kitchen knife - refrigerator with freezer compartment, brand new, inverter Private bathroom with washing machine.

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment is situated in a less touristy part of Chaweng where majority of residents are local Thai people and not so many tourists (farangs). The great thing is that you get to experience how to live like a local. Shops and restaurants in the neighborhood offer food and produce for local people at affordable prices. The less great things are that you may have the odd noisy neighbor, dogs barking and cats fighting, occasional birthday party with loud karaoke music, and there may be trash in certain areas. Thailand is a tropical country and Thai culture tends to be noisier than western people, so expect the sound of life to be more vibrant than from what you may be used to. However, one tends to get used to the sound of daily life after a few days though. We live in another apartment in the same building, so we are most of the time there if you need any assistance. Chaweng beach is only 800 m away accessible by concrete road with sidewalk. You won't need a motorbike to get around. 800 m to Chaweng beach 9 km to Lamai 9 km to Maenam 4 km to airport 22 km to ferry pier in Nathon
