Large and beautiful villa over one level in central Hua Hin. The villa has 3 large bedrooms and Sala (TV room) which can be used as bedroom for 2 persons. The main bedroom has direct access to the pool for a morning bath as well as a large bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom / toilet. There is a separate toilet. The pool depth varies from 1.4m to 1.6m. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor shower and jacuzzi. The pool is cleaned several times a week. The gardener maintains the garden 3 times a week Fully equipped kitchen with water/ice dispenser, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, stove, blender etc.. Laundry room with washing machine, iron, towel etc. A number of other services can also be provided for; - Kitchen / maid service - Laundry - Transportation to / from Bangkok airport - Sightseeing - etc
If preferred, you will be greeted by a housekeeper on arrival at the house. She will show you around the house and explain how things work.
Hua Hin Horizon, the area where the house is located, consists of about 60 homes / properties that are within a guarded area 24 hours a day. It is 7 min by tuk-tuk to a great golf course (Black Mountain Golf), voted Asia's best new golf course (see pictures on bmghuahin 8 mins by tuk-tuk (taxi) you are in the city center. 5 mins through town, you are on the beach. 4 km from the property is a large and beautiful water park for both young and old (jet skiing, wakeboarding, sailing and many other activities.)
