1. Clean the swimming pool every Monday and Thursday; 2. Put the garbage in the trash can next to the villa every day, and it is forbidden to pile it in the house; 3. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts in the courtyard at will. If find cigarette butts in the courtyard, you will be fined 1000 baht. 4. Please don't move the facilities in the villa at will. If you do, please restore them before checking out, otherwise you will be fined 500 baht. 5. Durian and mangosteen are forbidden in the villa, and offenders will be fined 5000 baht.
10-minute walk to the beautiful Karon beach and a 25-minute walk to kata. Go out and meet 7-11, motorcycle Massage shop, experience Thai Massage and enjoy Thai restaurant. The landlord is your most reliable puget travel guide. Karon is 15 minutes from patong and 15 minutes from rawai beach
