karoon 23 is located in the heart of hua hin on the beach side .You fall in sleep with the sound of the waves and wake up with an exceptionnal view over the gulf of thailand . karoon 23 is a unique place in Hua Hin , at affordables prices Enjoy a coffee or a cocktail at the lounge terrace . all rooms with air conditioned , flat screen tv , fridge ,cable channels , free wifi . also provided a tour desk. Your stay at Karoon 23 will be memorable
