The best ocean view Residence with a massive communal swimming pool and sundeck with loungers to sit back and enjoy beautiful sunsets every night! Kata Top View complex is sitting on a hilltop overlooking Kata Bay and is surrounded by lush tropical forests. Please note. Electric usage of 50 kw/day is included in the rate, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per kw. Water usage is not included and will be charged 30 baht per cubic meter.

Located along the beautiful east coast of Phuket in Kata, Kata Top View offers the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Suitable for a family or a group of friends, this house is located just a short 5-minute drive to Kata Beach, 9 minute drive to Kata Noi Beach and about 15 minute drive to Rawai sea food market where you can buy your live seafood and cook it there! Nearby 7/11 chain store for basics. Santosa Spa nearby, other massage/therapy further down street for 300BHT per treatment. On the main street about 100 metres from the entrance there are several restaurants. There is a larger Big C supermarket on the main road in Kamala.
