Lovely tropical beach house. Relaxing, peaceful, inspirational chill out space. Ideal for home + office or family home. Views: Overlooking the bay. Sunset, moonset, beach, sea, coral, coconut and jungle views. Location: Hidden privately, it is the last house at the end of Salad Beach. Quiet with no public roads. Surrounded by thai cocount trees, thai ginger and flower hedges. Set on a hillside coconut plantaion above the beach. Peaceful 2 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants. Amazing snorkling and swimming, clean, clear, safe white sandy beach. Layout: 100m2 inside area. 2 bedrooms (or 1 bedroom + 1 office), 1 large bathroom, open plan kitchen with bar top, inside and outside sofas, variety of comfortable chairs. Can set up rooms to suit your needs. Thai resort design, pavilion sala style, suited for sun and rain. Facitities: Drinking water filter, washing machine, espresso machine, microwave, cooktop, blender, kettle, fridge, aircons, sofas, desks, fans, king size beds. Parking for motorbikes and cars. Private water reservoir. Cleaning service to suit. Thank you
