Please note that the name and signature of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and signature. All guests are kindly required to present the credit card to the property and sign a document provided by the hotel upon check-in. In the case that guests fail to present their credit cards, the hotel shall reserve the right to cancel their bookings.
Please note that the property offers free unlimited shuttle service to Pattaya Pier for all guests during their stay at the property 4 times daily at 09:30, 11:30, 13:30 and 20:30 hrs, except on Sunday. For guests wishing to go to Pattaya Walking Street, the service is available only at 20:30 hrs. Guests are advised to contact the front desk in advance to book the service.
A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
