Company information

I am the Managing Director of a Thai Registered Real Estate Company in Phuket, Thailand which deals with sales, holiday rentals and long term rentals on the island. I am originally from the UK and have lived here for 8 years with my family. Our aim is to provide a first class and trouble free vacation for all our guests. We can provide any service required and the majority of our properties come with daily maid and airport transfers plus an English speaking Villa Manager who can arrange tours and excursions, in house massages, babysitting or Nanny services, private chefs, car and motorbike hire.

Property information

Raya Beachloft is a luxury two bedroom private villa directly on the beach with wonderful views over Chalong Bay. It have a private pool and comes with daily maid service and airport transfers so you have your own private space with the same services as staying in a hotel! Please note electric and water usage is included up to 300 THB per day which should be more than enough to cover everything used. We recommend turning off air cons during the day or when you leave the property.

Neighbourhood information

Rawai is a popular area for tourists with a number of lovely sandy beaches, a wide selection of Thai and Western restaurants, local colourful markets and shops. Chalong Pier is also close by where you can catch the boats for day trips to the islands or to go diving.
