Escape to the tranquil oasis of our Serene Golf Retreat nestled in the heart of Phuket, Thailand. This luxurious villa offers ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy stunning views of the lush greenery of Loch Palm Golf Course from the comfort of your private sanctuary. Welcome! Please take note of the following: 1. No indoor smoking; 200 USD penalty for violations. 2. Refundable security deposit of fifty thousand THB (short term rental) or one hundred thousand THB (long term rental) will be required upon arrival and entry. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit and will refund if no damages at all. 3. Unregistered guests may incur extra costs. 4. Quiet hours: Midnight - 7 AM. 5. Pet policy: Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. 6. Lost key fee: Thirty dollars in USD. 7. Forbidden items: No illegal substances, hazardous materials, or flammable items allowed. Possession may lead to eviction without reimbursement. 8. Utilities: Electricity (8 THB/per kw.) not included in rental fee and water is free. Meter readings provided for transparency.
