When booking all guests' names are requested to be submitted. Otherwise, an additional charge will be applied to guests whose names are not provided.
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in/making payment at the hotel. The card owner will also need to be present upon check-in.
A room deposit of THB 2000 (or equivalent in other currencies) per room will be collected upon arrival. Room services and minibar surcharges will be deducted from this deposit and the rest will be returned upon check-out.
