This spectacular haven invites you to indulge in the ultimate escape. Welcome! Please take note of the following: 1. No indoor smoking; 300 USD penalty for violations. 2. Refundable security deposit of 100k THB (for short term rentals) & 200k THB (for long term rentals) will be required upon arrival and entry. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit and will refund if no damages at all. 3. Unregistered guests may incur extra costs. 4. Quiet hours: Midnight - 7 AM. 5. Lost key fee: 50 USD. 6. Forbidden items: No illegal substances, hazardous materials, or flammable items allowed. Possession may lead to eviction without reimbursement. 7. Utilities: Electricity (8 THB/per kw. ) not included in rental fee, and water is free. Meter readings provided for transparency. Please use the electricity wisely.
