Luxurious and modern, this villa consists of 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are only accessible by an external staircase) with a private bathroom and toilet, a very bright living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The St Barth villa has a private 11 meter long infinity pool, a comfortable and modern sala, the idyllic place to admire the most beautiful sunsets in Thailand. Villa Kristina / St Barth II (6 guests - 3 bedrooms - 4 beds - 3.5 bathrooms) Recently built on two floors in a contemporary Asian style, the Villa Kristina is among the most beautiful villas on Koh Phangan. Decorated with great taste and refinement by the "designer" owners, all the details have been thought out to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. Luxurious and modern, this villa consists of 3 bedrooms each with sea view and private bathroom and toilet, a very bright living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The villa Kristina has a private 11 meter long infinity pool, a comfortable and modern sala, the idyllic place to admire the most beautiful sunsets in Thailand. Please kindly note that the TENANT is responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the premises and maintenance in good condition of all equipment, furniture, appliances, as delivered by the OWNER at the beginning of the lease. Please note that a fee of 2,000 THB will be charged if the villa is not cleaned and tidy upon check-out. The house has a personalized concierge service. Smoking is not allowed indoors but outdoors. Fireworks are prohibited at the property. For information, the island is growing, so there may be some daytime construction activity nearby.
The TENANT undertakes not to cause or allow anyone to make noise or activity in the villa that may disturb the tranquility of the premises or neighbors. No excessive noise after 10pm. The tenant undertakes to use the villa "in good household manner" and to respect the house staff. PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN: this noise and/or activity would constitute a violation of this contract and will result immediately of the end of this contract.
