This is private 5BR villa with 6 bathrooms, perfect for up to 18 guests — no sharing with other groups. Just 6 mins drive to Lee Garden & 4 mins to Kimyong Market. Every bedroom has a private balcony and en-suite bathroom. Enjoy 8 comfy beds, a living room with large sofa bed and 65” smart TV, full kitchen with halal tableware (on request), and a rooftop for relaxing nights. Free parking for 4–5 cars. Great for big families, groups, and celebrations.
NOTE: The house is only 30 meters from the swimming pool and gym. A day pass is required: 100 THB for adults and 60 THB for kids for the pool, and 79 THB for adults and 49 THB for kids for the gym. Yoga and children’s swimming classes are also available.
Free parking for 4+ cars: 1 indoor, 1 in front, and more nearby — all safe, well-lit, and with CCTV. Quiet and secure area, just 6 mins to Lee Garden & 4 mins to Kimyong Market.
