(IMPORTANT Info Deluxe King studio is 200 bt extra from the King Studio . Deluxe King Studio is non smoking and includes a small garden, personal cark park ( reservation needed) Induction stove on request and crib and baby high chair subject to availability. And a small gate to keepbyour baby within doors. Payments info: Booking for Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar must prepayment of 50 to 100 % by only bank transfer or deposit through your friends in Thailand ( depends upon amount). Monthly rentals 28 nights up deposit is 2000 extra and one cleaning is free weekly SILENT LOCATION BUT STILL VERY CLOSE TO ALL YOUR NEEDS. Located at 15 minutes walk through short cut path of 50 meters ( 19 minutes walk through a car road path ) to the silent clean Bang Toa beach, this is a fair 43 sq mts apartment with ensuite toilet bathroom on the ground floor ( no need to wait or share a lift nor climb stairs) with a common sit out with the next studio where you are allowed to smoke. The house is in a silent green area but still near all facilities like Tesco Lotus at 700 meters or a 7-8 minute walk and 24/7 open 7eleven and Super cheap groceries store at 5 minutes walking distance and food shops ( Inzia Steak) within 150 meters.
We are pleased to help our guests to have a pleasant stay at our studios with decent good guests groups like solo travellers , friends , married couples, family and groups and avoid prostituion, drugs or illegal groups are prohibited.
We are about a km plus to many Muay Thai boxing training centers etc Please check on maps as see in guest reviews. Bangtoa beach is at about 1300 meters from us through a 50 meter walking short cut or bike path or 1600 meters by car road.
