Stunning beachfront self-contained 81 sqm condo 250m from Kata Beach - 6 min walk. This well-appointed boutique condo is located in a very quiet peninsula, only a 5 min walk to restaurants, spas, ATM's, groceries, laundry and convenience stores. The building is private and secure, with concierge/security on-site 24/7; offering the perfect escape. It also has free parking across the street. There's a fully-equipped kitchen, dining for four, AC, two 4K TV’s, King bed, WIR’s and stylish ensuite.
My wife Marina and I have been fortunate to have enjoyed extensive travel; both abroad and domestic. Always keen for an adventure and a laugh! I can be contacted via WhatsApp and will respond promptly. The apartment is self-managed with all contingencies covered. In the event of an emergency, the Concierge/Security can help; the front desk has staff 8-5 every day and there's a Security Guard 24/7.
The neighbourhood is a tranquil and elevated headland (highly sought after), positioned at the northern tip of Kata Beach - with direct views of the beach ie; you won’t be looking at rooftops. There’s limited free parking across the road and is a 5 min walk to all services and the beach. Our apartment is 5 minutes from all amenities and the beach. There’s a taxi stand within 20 metres and motorcycle hire within 5 minutes. I also suggest you download ride-share apps, Grab, Bolt or InDrive app; similar to Uber.
