Absolute beachfront villas are rare. Twin, mirror-image retreats such as Tawantok Beach Villas are rarest of all, and utterly desirable. With enough room to sleep up to 32 family and friends in blissful comfort, the villas have two large infinity-edge pools, two inviting dining-and-living rooms, two jaw-droppingly beautiful master suites and eight more guest rooms. The villas also have a super-attentive roster of staff, all of whom seem to know what you want before even you do. And all of this is just a step from the super-soft sand of Lipa Noi Beach. Life doesn’t get much better than this. Please note: Tawantok Beach Villas – Villa 1 is a 5-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Tawantok Beach Villas – Villa 2 is a 5-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Neighbourhood information

Tawantok Beach Villas 1 and 2 are located on a quiet stretch of Lipa Noi beach, with another private villa on one side and an open area of land on the other. A short distance to the left, is the Samui naval harbour, but this is fairly low key and creates little disturbance. Further along the beach to the right are a few private villas and boutique resorts, and (about a kilometre from Tawantok Beach Villas) the Nikki Beach Club, the liveliest spot along Lipa Noi Beach where the hip and happening crowd hang out and excellent Sunday Brunches can be enjoyed. On the main road just before the entrance to the villas are a few stands selling local fishermen's catches of the day.
