Patch and Paul have been developing @upthefarmwithpatchandpaul and Udon Thani Farm Stay, since 2017, on Land that has been hand Farmed and cultivated by Patch's Family for four generations. Originally a rice farm, a source of food and supplementary income for the family, Patch and Paul are now transforming the land as a sustainable organic farm, growing vegetables, fruit and local herbs. Up The Farm are also raising, grass and corn fed poultry and cattle, including chickens, ducks, pigs, goats and cows. Fresh farm to fork is what we do and share locally with our neighbours and community. Udon Thani Farm Stay, is about giving more than we take and sharing the 'fruits' of our labours.
After more than a decade, living and working across the world. Patch and Paul are finally returning to Up the Farm and are developing a luxury, boutique Udon Thani Farm Stay in the beautiful rural Issan countryside and we welcome you to join us and share the experience of a traditional Thai experience @udonthanifarmstay.
