Perfect for families or groups, fully-staffed Amanzi boasts seven bedrooms, a 15-metre pool, lift, spa room and sauna. Enjoy the personal service of Amanzi’s villa manager and chef while relaxing and entertaining in style with the villa’s top-notch TV and sound systems, pool table, table tennis, indoor and outdoor bars and modern kitchen. Set in a luxuriant private estate where guests have free use of the clubhouse pool, tennis court and fitness centre, Amanzi is also an ideal base for access to Phuket’s top dining and leisure spots. Please note: Villa Amanzi is a 7-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 14 guests. Guests booking the 12-person rate will have access to 6 bedrooms (1 bedrooms will be locked). Guests booking the 10-person rate will have access to 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms will be locked). Guests booking the 8-person rate will have access to 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms will be locked).

Neighbourhood information

Villa Amanzi is part of a long-established (2003), peaceful, gated, residential estate with particularly lush landscaping, and villa guests have access to the estate’s clubhouse, with fitness centre and tennis court. Just five minutes’ walk from the villa is Mom Tri’s Kitchen – a famous Phuket restaurant – while both Kata Noi and Kata Yai beach are about a ten-minute walk away (although this does involve a steep descent and therefore an equally steep climb to get back home!). Kata Noi is the quieter of the two beaches and fronts the Katathani Phuket Beach Resort. The resort occupies most of the bay but for a handful of modest tourist shops, mini-marts and local restaurants on the small access road behind it. It’s a short drive (3km) to Kata Viewpoint, a popular Phuket tourist spot known for its fabulous sunsets, and a 20-minute drive north takes you to the bustle of Patong Beach – the island's busiest tourist area packed with food, shopping and entertainment options.
