Book up to 8 guests ; 4 King beds in 4 bedrooms
Book for 9-10 guests ; Extra single bed each guest in bedroom 4, for 9th and 10th guest
Book for 11-12 guests ; Extra sofa bed each guest in bedroom 2, 3, for 11th and 12th guest

- FREE ELECTRIC 140 units (kilowatt) per day which is generally enough, average usage is 80-120 per day. Extra charge is Baht 8 per unit. It’s our policy to ask the guests to be aware of electricity usage, to help saving energy for environmental sustainability.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: Baht 5,000 for short stay less than 7 nights, Baht 10,000 for long stay 7 nights or more
- CLEANING DAILY for Short stay and clean 3 times a week for long stay (more than 7 nights). We do basic clean only. If the guests having the party, cook or eat by themselves, asking us to clean up, we will submit an extra charge.
- BED LINENS and TOWELS ;
Change every 7 days or per stay. If you want to change before schedule, the service and laundry cost will be charged Baht 800 per one set of bed linens and Baht 200 for set of towels.
- BREAKFAST & MEALS can be ordered at the villa in advance with our staff. Other extra services such as Airport pick up, Taxi, Car rent, Tour, massage can be provided

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 21:00:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of THB 5,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
