1 BR with living room and small kitchen is located on 22nd floor of 'VIP Condochain' on Mae Rum Phaeung beach only 14 km from Rayong city. The room is newly renovated and fully furnished (Feb 2017). 2 balconies provide stunning 180-degree sea view. The place is a perfect get away: Lying down on a huge sofa bed taking fresh air and sea breeze, sun bathing by the pool, playing tennis, enjoying a spectacular sunset view with dinner on the balcony. The white sandy beach is literally steps away where a nice local Thai cuisine can also be found. We have everything you need: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living room where you can find 40" LED TV with DVD, nice and extra large sofa bed with extra pillows and blanket, air-conditions in both rooms, WiFi (max speed up to 30/15 Mbps), small kitchen with utensils, shower room with rain shower function along with bathroom amenities, powder corner and hair dryer, balconies with spectacular sunset view, gym, table tennis, snooker room, 2 tennis courts, a pool which is a perfect place for sun bathing, white sandy beach is less than 50 meters away where you can also find a nice local Thai and Italian cuisine with English menu and friendly staff

A private beachfront condo is called VIP Condochain Rayong located on Mae Rum Phaeung beach which is 14 km away from Rayong city. The place is only 6 km from the Ban Phe Pier to Koh Samet (Samet Island), 60 km from Pattaya, 80 km from U-Tapao Intl. Airport, 200 km from Bangkok. Mae Rum Phaeung beach is white sandy and quiet beach which stretches 10 km long. Morning jogging and afternoon sun bathing are the ideal get away at the beach. A nice local Thai restaurant is at the front of the place. Another Italian restaurant with GREAT pizzas is next to it. Local pharmacies, 7-11 and convenient stores are just 3 km away. Ban Phe where you can find fresh tropical fruits, great food and souvenir is only 6 km away. From there you can take a speed boat to Koh Samet (Samet Island) which take roughly 15-20 mins. Supermarkets like Makro, Tesco Lotus and Big C are also located in Ban Phe area. Local taxi and rental car or motorcycle can also be found in front of the place with reasonable price (only 300 THB/day for motorcycle). A modified motorcycle can hold up to 5 people with ease.
