Transportation is very cheap and easy. It is possible to reach İzmir Tatil Evi from the airport via İZBAN (rail system); from İzmir Airport Station to Cumaovası İZBAN Station (one stop distance), and via bus lines No. 776 or 829 to Ürkmez Pansiyon Bus Stop in 50 minutes. Ürkmez Pansiyon Bus Stop is 50 m away from İzmir Tatil Evi. It is also possible to reach the airport in 1 hour and 15 minutes following the same route back. Also, it is possible to reach Alsancak, Karşıyaka, Çiğli, Menemen and Aliağa, which are the central towns of İzmir, via İZBAN in a cheap and comfortable way. Bicycle and car renting service is rendered in the facility. The region is popular in terms of riding bicycle with the bicycle routes in the territory. Kuşadası is at 50 km distance. Selçuk, Efes and Meryem Ana are at 40 km distance from İzmir Tatil Evi. Seferihisar and Sığacık are at 25 km distance. It is possible to reach there via public transportation vehicles such as bus and/or minibus. Adnan Menderes Airport is at 40 km distance to the facility.

İzmir Tatil Evi is located at Doğanbey-Ürkmez region of Seferihisar which is 50 km distant from İzmir city centre. It renders service with 10 flats in total, comprising 4 studio flats (1+0), 4 flats of 1+1 and 2 flats of 2+1, fully furnished and with air conditioner. Accommodation capacities of the flats are different. We do not want food to be given to cats around our building. If you are a kitty, please look elsewhere. We do not want smoking in the apartments. We smoke in the garden and on the balcony. If you must smoke inside the apartment, look elsewhere. All flats are in a building with a garden and 75 m far from the sea, with a park right in front of it. The flats on the garden floor have a private garden space. A large pergola space is allocated in the garden for the flats on the upper floors. The concept of İzmir Tatil Evi helps you have the opportunity of a seaside holiday with the comfort of your private summerhouse with much more convenient prices. In each flat; There is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, stovetop and kitchenware. Also there is a dishwasher, washing machine and stove in most of the flats. In addition to cold and hot utilisation water, there is a drinking water tap in the kitchen. There is an air conditioner. Some flats have two air conditioners. There is a private bathroom. Towels and bedsheets are provided. There is a flat screen satellite TV. Free WiFi is available.

Neighbourhood information

There are big markets within 200 m distance and 3 small grocery shops within 50 m distance. In addition, outdoor district bazaars are opened on Thursdays and Sundays at 1 km distance. A hiking trail lies along the coastline of 7 km. It is possible to swim at any point in the beach. In addition, there are Blue Flagged beaches at 3 different points nearby. It is possible to utilise free of charge shower and WC services in the blue flagged beaches. Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented in the beach on request. There are numerous cafeterias and restaurants alongside the coastline. Live music performances are given in the cafeterias in the evenings. All our apartments have equipped kitchens and supermarkets nearby. For this reason, no one wants to pay a higher rate and make a reservation for breakfast. We also follow a content / price policy that fits this preference. We deliver our apartments with clean and ironed linens, bed linen and towels. In addition, we do not have free daily housekeeping because we rent small apartments furnished as apartments and our prices are suitable for this. For stays of more than 7 nights, we also do apartment cleaning once a week.
