As a family, myself and my wife are retired from Government Services and live in Sapanca and are waiting for our distinguished guests to our lovely villa in Sapanca City.

Property information

This is Family House type villa and it is in a walking distance, just 100 meters to Sapanca Lake. The villa has a private garden and 5 bedrooms, private entry, located in a quiet location. If you like to spend some time in outside of big cities in a quiet location near the lake, this might be good chance to make a stop all the busy schedule to relax body and mind. Our villas have 2 bathrooms, 3 wc, 4 air-conditioners. There is internet.The villa has its own swimming pool. There is a 40 m2 patio in front of the villa. The upper floor has 20 m2 lake, nature, balcony with mountain view. The villa is very close to Ski Location Kartepe for 20 kilometers, and 30 kilometers to Kocaeli City, 20 kilometers to Sakarya City and 100 kilometers to Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport.

Neighbourhood information

It is 100 meters far away from the Sapanca Lake. It is close to shopping malls and small shops in the street. There are cafes and restaurants on the Sapanca Lake Side.
