Company information

During a back packing trip in Turkey 30 years ago I fell in love with Selcuk, the people, the wonderful sites, small enough to be away from the package tour crowd but large enough with great restaurants, cafes, shops, banking & the beach close by.

Property information

Ionia House has been renovated with love, great care and craftmanship, together with the wonderful views of the Byzantine castle. With large terraced gardens and swimming pool this property makes an outstanding and very comfortable rental property.

Neighbourhood information

Ionia House is situated only five minutes walk from the center of town in a traditional part of town. From Ionia House you can walk to the many wonderful sites, shop and eat at the many good restaurants, a small shop is located 50 meters away.
