Hi I am Kerim Durmaz. I was born in 1973 in Antalya. I am building villas and selling these villas with a rental income guarantee. I offer real estate sales and management services with my team. I also manage the Paradise Town Villa complex, which is built by us and consists of 119 villas. I have a small travel agency, new minibuses for airport transfers and a small car rental company.

Property information

The villa has unlimited fiber internet at 500 MBPS and 1 TON spare water tank and pressure booster against water cuts. THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY, GAS AND WATER CONSUMPTION WHICH IS CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE METERS. The staff will take the meters together with you upon your arrival and departure and you will need to pay IN CASH for the you used. With a 24 hour security, pool, it is a very luxurious and equipped villa. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living room, open kitchen and terrace. The bedrooms are fully furnished with single and double beds, wardrobes and bedroom furniture. The bedrooms have bathrooms. It has a quite spacious living room. Relax in your living room later in the day. The villa's kitchen is perfectly equipped with a complete set. Your kitchen comes with an entrance to your bamboo furnished terrace. The private pool of the villa is decorated with orange trees that have become the symbol of the Mediterranean Sea. The pool features pool furniture, such as sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa has a special location between Belek and Kadriye centers. You can reach the beach and the center with public buses which depart every 15 minutes. You can also rent a car for a more convenient transportation.

Seeking; With fun, tranquility, natural and historical beauties, gourmet delicacies, high standards, golf or SPA & wellness centers, Belek offers much more than the holiday you are looking for. Belek and Kadriye are twin towns in the Antalya region some 25 km from the Airport. They have become important holiday destinations for both Hotel and Villa holidays with superb beaches and sporting activities,golf especially with 14 courses leading to comparison with the 'Algarve and Spain. Other sporting activities include Tennis and Football with many Northern European clubs using it for training. Land of Legends, the largest water park and outdoor shopping center in Europe, is 2 km away and offers activities every evening. The Paradise Golf Villa development is by far the best in the area with all roads, footpaths, street lighting, 24 hours security etc completed and now with mature hedges to give individual villas privacy.
