Sessiz sakin geniş bahçe içerisinde,havuzlu, Sapanca'nın en nezih yeri Kırkpınar'da merkezi konumda, cafe, restaurant, sağlık ocağı, alışveriş noktaları vb yerlere yürüme mesafesindedir. Evimiz Bağdat Caddesi'ne paralel sokaktadır. Sapanca Gölü'ne yürüme mesafesinde olup, Kartepe kayak merkezine 20 dk sürüş mesafesindedir. Yeşillikler içinde, müstakil, geniş verandalı evimiz 1 dönüm arazi içerisinde 300 m2 kullanım alanına sahiptir. Doğalgazlı ısınmanın yanısıra şömine ve her odada klima mevcuttur.
Güleryüzlü,misafirlerimizin rahatlığı birinci görevi kabul eden,dost canlısı ve iletişimi kuvvetli olan bir insan..
Kuş sesleri ile uyanabileceğiniz yemyeşil geniş bahçemiz, barbekü partileri için geniş verandalarımız keyifli vakişt geçirebilmeniz için tüm techizatlarımızla birlikte hazırdır. Üst katta 3 yatak odası, alt katta 1 yatak odası, salon ve mutfak bulunmaktadır.
