Nestled in the quaint Mediterranean seaside village of Kalkan, Villa Roxy is a 3 bedroom villa, that can comfortably sleep up to 5 people. A native stone house, she also boasts one of the most unique gardens in Kalkan, and we're certain that's where you'll spend most of your time. We've done an 'almost' complete knockdown and renovation in 2018, so the villa is sparkling. We've furnished her with the latest mod-con's, and we're confident you'll return time and again. Villa Roxy is in close proximity to the major beaches, cafe's, bars and supermarkets in Kalkan, and a short walk to the centre of town and marina. You will find everything you'll need at Villa Roxy, ensuring all you need to worry about is relaxing, and having the time of your life on holiday. Welcome to Villa Roxy!
We are an Australian Turkish couple who have been visiting Kalkan for many years. We finally decided to purchase our first home there in 2016, and after several (sometimes painful) months of project managing a complete renovation, we're excited to show off Villa Roxy to visitors. We are currently based in Abu Dhabi, however love to visit Villa Roxy a few times a year (in theory anyway.) We're always happy to help, and support you whilst you're on holiday, so please feel free to ask us anything about our villa, Kalkan, or Turkey in general.
Villa Roxy is located in the Kalamar district of Kalkan. It's within a stone's throw from some of the best cafe's, restaurants and bars in Kalkan, and accessible to most attractions in town. Upon booking, we will provide full details of how to get around, what to see and do, and how to make the best use of your time whilst on holiday in Kalkan.
