Toilet and bath including vanity with storage unit Laundry facilities include fully automatic washer and dryer, storage wall unit. Porch Other: Air Condition, hot and cold plumbing throughout, internal water tank and pump, WIFI, security system, parking available.
Looking for a comfortable and affordable apartment condo in San Fernando, south Trinidad? Then Foothills Apartment 28 is the place for you. Located 5 minutes away from the historical San Fernando Hill, 10 minutes away from the downtown shopping area, and a short driving distance from malls, restaurants and entertainment spaces located at South Park, C3 and Gulf City Malls. The Condo is in close proximity to the Brian Lara Stadium and Cricket Academy for cricket and the newly refurbish Skinner Park for sporting events. Guests can also plan a trip to the internally famous pitch lake, wonder of the world, located in a small village called La Brea approximately 30 minutes further south.
