“富王大飯店曾深入很多老台中人及老旅客的老飯台, 我印象二三十年前這裡最出色是地面的餐廳, 但今天有點失色, 但在價格方面來說是非常合理, 也靠近市政府捷運站, 如果你來台中工作一兩天, 富王大飯店是一個非常好的選擇, 相反不要帶女朋友來. 其實, 富王在大墩又在文心路是有條件可以把地面的餐廳改為汽車銷售中心,24小時便利店及健身中心, 讓富王跑在市場前面(房間內部稍為提升), 但如果富王大飯店改為房地產項目就沒辦法了, 因為該地段確比昔日漲價數十倍.”
