“1樓公共空間明亮乾淨，有零食、飲料可以自取，小朋友很喜歡。1F有洗脫烘，還附洗衣球，相當便利。吃飯可以在1F吃，冷氣可以自己開關，也有電視和沙發。”

“房間很大又乾淨，衛浴乾濕分離。可惜不能在房內飲食，但是可以在一樓客廳，客廳設備齊全，連暖烘洗衣機都有！ 門口可以暫停下行李，馬路上有白線可以停車，離屏科大很近開車約12~15分鐘，出差很方便。 雖然我們晚上九點才到但還是能進去，因為可以遠端設定大門密碼。”
