A very secured building access by card, monitored by security guards and has a control room and CCTV There are camera in all public places. The building is near the city center ie less than 5 kms and the popular Coco beach.
I am a retired HR Practitioner who worked in a Public Service Organization for 35 years and 9 months .In Retired in June 2023. Feeling energetic, retired but not tired. In February, 2024 have therefore embarked on hosting accommodation through on line platforms. I believe in comfort, so trust me, your stay in my Apartment will be very comfortable and do not worry about cleanliness . I am therefore ready to host you. You are welcome.
The neighborhood is safe and near the City Centre with easy access to major banks, government offices, major hospitals and modern markets. The building is very good as it can be seen on the posted photo. There is plenty of air flow to the Apartment and natural light. The Apartment is few kilometers from the popular Coco Beach where you can swim and enjoy the breeze. It is also near Prime areas on Masaki an Oysterbay where there are good hotels, restaurants, clubs to entertain you. National Museum is also few kilometers away and Makumbusho Village where you can learn about culture of various regions in Tanzania.
