The property has been refurbished at an excellent standard. It is situated in a convenient location at the heart of Zanzibar town, about 15 minutes walk to Stone Town and Forodhani (famous zanzibar food market) and close to all local amenities. There is an air conditioner in one of the rooms. Fans are available in every room and living room. There is an electrical shower, an open Kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge, blender, kettle, toaster, microwave, and other common kitchen utilities. The living room space has a smart TV containing Netflix and YouTube. There is free WiFi, and the Netflix account is free to use. New bathroom with Hot shower. The property is at ground floor.
Nashu has lived in the United Kingdom and Zanzibar. She decided to move to the Island with her family as she enjoys the beauty of Zanzibar. She is fluent in Swahili (Zanzibar's official language) and English. She is a very polite and friendly. Additionally, she knows the island very well and has a good connection with locals. She is very helpful and will be very happy to connect visitors with right and reliable people around Zanzibar.
This property is situated on Central Zanzibar's Mlandege Road, just a 13-minute walk from the beach. It's conveniently located as the second house from the main road 13 minutes drive from the Zanzibar Abeid Amani Karume Airport and offers easy access to various amenities, including restaurants, a supermarket, and ATM machines. You can also reach Stone Town and the famous Forodhani street food market with a leisurely 10-minute walk.
