The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The apartment has a stunning large lounge area and an open plan towards the dinning room that encourages relaxation and socialization. The main balcony wraps around the front of the apartment showing off the city. There is a fully equipped kitchen that allows for self catering and cozy rooms. The top floor terrace can be accessed for amazing sunrise and sunsets, with beautiful scenic views especially at night. The terrace offers a 180 degree full panoramic view of Iringa town. This property is centrally located and most common amenities such as shops, market, bars, banks and hospital are within walking distance, public transportation is available at your door step with motorcycles and bajaj frequently passing on the street below.

The apartment is centrally located with many amenities available by walking, such as the local market for fresh fruit and vegetables, supermarkets and bars, hospitals and banks are all within walking distance. Some local attractions such as the Gangilonga Rock can be reached by 10min drive, the Iringa Boma Museum is a short 8-10min walk close to the famous Neema Crafts.
