Villa Pumziko is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Kizimkazi, surrounded by a large garden. It is only 200 meters from a beautiful beach, and it has a veranda with a sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying beautiful sunsets. This is a spacious house with a size of 120 square meters. It features two comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen, and a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. The living room provides ample space for relaxation and socializing, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition to the large living room inside the house, Villa Pumziko also has a lounge area outside where guests can relax and chill out. Whether you prefer to soak up the sun or enjoy the shade, the lounge area is a great place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the property.
Kizimkazi is located in the southern part of Zanzibar. It's still pretty untouched by tourism, so if you wanna escape tourist crowds and just relax in nature, this is the place to be. There are big differences in the tides in this part of Zanzibar. At low tide, you can go far out to the horizon and see lots of crabs, starfish and sea urchins on your way. At high tide, the water comes back and you can swim and snorkel. Kizimkazi is famous for dolphin watching.
