Property information

Cozy apartment with all amenities in the best area of the left bank of the Dnieper. The second city center of Kiev, a convenient location for rest and work. The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the Levoberezhnaya metro station, which reduces the travel time to anywhere in the city and at the same time it is located in a quiet place next to the Dnieper River, which makes it possible to rest and relax in a beautiful area on the river bank.It is located in the most beautiful and cleanest ecological area in Kiev.

Neighbourhood information

The best area in Kiev on the left bank of the Dnieper. An ecologically clean, quiet, comfortable and absolutely safe area for living. An excellent location with a developed infrastructure as well as a park and a beach area. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is located within walking distance from the house. Nearby is the International Exhibition Center and the metro. A great place to relax and implement your plans to visit the city.
