The Kukavica Chalet is a cozy holiday house, nestled in a small charming village of Shcherbovetc, on the border of the Lviv and Transcarpathian oblasts of Ukraine, right at the foot of the magnificent Pikuj peak. It is conveniently located in around 120 kms from the Hungarian and Slovakian border and only 3 hours drive from the Lviv international airport. The house has easy access from the Kiev – Chop main road (M06/ E50), which is only 15 km away.
Benefitting from its secluded setting, the chalet combines the tranquility of the mountain dwelling with every modern convenience. The house lies within a spacious lawned garden surrounded by gently wooded hills and mountain brooks with lovely walks through woods and fields nearby, whilst the glorious views from the roofed terrace encompass a superb scenery at any time of the year.
The house offers its guests an array of activities on the site, with spa/ski resorts being within a short driving distance. It is convenient to make numerous day trips to the historical and cultural sites of the area, as well as to visit the colorful festivals.
