Квартира находится в пешей досягаемости к морю-15мин!!!Это экономит и время и Ваш бюджет на отдыхе!!Рядом вся инфраструктура бары,рестораны,набережная,аптеки и супермаркеты.Рядом находится большой развлекательный комплекс с самым большим супермаркетом Ашан.,и что важно есть бесплатные автобусы,которые везут туда и обратно людей. На территории ЖК Золотая Эра очень красивая детская площадка и не одна,ухоженные газоны,много цветов и зелени.И бесплатная охраняемая парковка!!
Всегда рады Вас принимать и обеспечивать шикарный отдых!!
Рядом находится пляж Лузановка как набережная с детскими и взрослыми атракционами,ночными клубами и дискотеками,рестораны с изысканной кухней и живой музыкой,вежливым и внимательным обслуживающим персоналом!!Так же в пару км находится огромный ТК Ривьера,где есть множество магазинов и кафе,боулинг,площадь где проходят концерты и просмотр футбольных матчем!!И все что необходимо для не забываемого отдыха в шикарном городе Одесса!!! И обязательно посетите новый одесский аквапарк,где проведете с восторгом время Вы и ваши дети!!И перед отьездом обязательно впечатляющий Одесский дельфинарий!!!
